The latest figures from the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC) for the last quarter indicate that DRUM is on top! With its circulation now ahead of its closest competitors, it is now officially the biggest-selling magazine aimed at the black market in South Africa and the third largest magazine in South Africa after Huisgenoot and YOU. DRUM’s circulation rose by 7% in total, jumping from 129 317 in 2010, to 138 479 at the end of 2011.
“We are extremely proud. I, together with the rest of the DRUM team, have been going the extra mile to ensure we provide only what readers want and it’s great to see our hard work paying off. We are planning even bigger things for this year, so watch this space,” says DRUM editor Makhosazana Zwane-Siguqa.
